Content: Insides into the usage of mass spectrometry (MS) to analyse enzyme variants to advance biocatalysis for chemical applications.
Title: Directed evolution to advance biocatalysis for chemical applications
Content: Discussing the power of GC-MS and LC-MS analytics for low and medium throughput to discover highly active enzyme variants for chemical applications. The students will get a sound understanding of these techniques including their limitations and will get insights into the successful applications of this technique with examples from our laboratory.
